Description:
This bridge was designed by JZ Engineering for West Virginia Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) to ensure that multiple households would have safer and more reliable access to their homes in periods of high water. Big Blue also provides the households with access to emergency vehicles such as ambulances and fire engines.
